Helena Morgan
Hello all! My name is Morgan, though I go by Helena, and I so very much look forward to working with you! I am a relationship specialist, focusing on communication and empathy and I have spent the better part of my life learning the value and secrets of good communication styles. So many struggles in relationships stem just from this issue alone and with me, you will gain the tools required to build a solid, long-lasting relationship with your partner.
My style is comfortable and down to earth because I believe that it helps me build a solid rapport with those who seek out my help. No matter the topic, you will find that I am straightforward and honest because I truly care about getting to the root of any issues that my clients present to me. I put my full focus and energy into bringing couples back to a place of love, happiness and fun in their relationships.
Services
Individual Session
$100
In the 1 hr individual sessions, I will work one on one with those who are either struggling in their current relationships and find themselves in need of guidance or who are looking for tools to use going into future relationships. There’s no wrong time to ask for help!
Couple’s Session
$150
During the 1 hr couple’s session, I will work with both partners together, acting as a neutral audience for each individual and helping the couple as a whole find long lasting solutions to the struggles they each feel are affecting the relationship.
$200
The extended sessions are for couples who would like a little extra time beyond the standard 1 hour. These sessions last an hour and a half and begin with each individual and then I work with the couple as a whole to address the issues discussed with each partner during the one on one time. These sessions are a fantastic option because it helps each partner discuss their concerns without the pressure of the other being present and then once we move onto the latter half of the session, we have a well rounded base to work from together in order to come up with the best tools to help rebuild and grow the relationship.

My Mission
The world is a better place when your life is full of love and joy! My goal is to help bring couples back to the basics, give them the tools they need to communicate and act with empathy and mindfulness so they can experience love on a whole new level with their partners.
All sessions are available virtually or in person—located in the Boothbay region of Maine! If you would like to book an in person session, you may come to my location or I will be happy to come to you at no extra charge if the distance is within 45 minutes. Any distance between 45 min-2hrs will be an additional 50 dollars.
